The process

We chose a minimal, clear and functional look, designed so that both those looking for information and those ready to book a first appointment can move around comfortably. Each section makes navigation simple and offers relevant information in approachable language.

The home page introduces the psychologist and the headline of her practice. The services page, in a palette of cream and brown tones that adds warmth, explains individual therapy, couples therapy and groups, so each person can quickly identify the kind of support they are looking for. The sessions section brings together practical information and invites visitors to sign up for the newsletter and follow her on social media. And an appointment booking section, along with an introduction to the professional, leads anyone who has read this far to take the next step.

We took care over the order of the information so the path to booking is short and no one has to search for it. The copy uses approachable language, without unnecessary clinical vocabulary, so the website speaks the way the professional does in her office.

The result

The space conveys the warmth and professionalism of her practice and helps build a bond of trust with future patients. It is a site that is easy to move through, puts the person at the center and makes Cristina Brull’s way of working visible.
