How we work

We offer web design for brands, professionals and organizations that need a site people understand at first glance, that loads fast on a phone and that looks like the brand they already have. We design and build in the same studio, in the Penedès wine region near Barcelona, so what gets decided in design reaches the screen intact.

Sites that answer questions

Before we draw a single page, we work out what each visitor needs to find and in what order. For Acadèmia Aprèn, a tutoring center, the site answers parents’ questions in the order they ask them, from why this center to how to enroll, with WhatsApp contact always one tap away. For Ordim, an urban commons network, it explains an unfamiliar idea and organizes the network’s seven areas of work, its spaces and its calendar.

Fast and easy to maintain

We choose the platform for each project, based on what the site has to do, the budget and who will keep it up to date. We favor lightweight sites that load quickly and leave little to break: better for visitors and a solid base for search.

Website and brand, in one piece

When the site extends an identity we also designed, the two read as one, as with ERAVi or Ordim. And when a site has to sell, structure matters as much as looks: for Murmur, vacation apartments in the historic center of Tarragona, a minimal site designed for international travelers who don’t know the area has helped increase bookings.

What you receive

  • Content structure and design of the key pages, presented before the build.
  • Development, mobile adaptation and basic SEO setup.
  • Launch, plus a walkthrough on how to update the content.
  • Optional hosting and maintenance as a monthly service.

We can work with clients in North America by video call and written feedback. Tell us what you need to communicate and to whom, and we’ll tell you what structure and budget we see.

Process

  1. Brief and structure

We define what the site must do, for whom and what each visitor needs to find, and come out with a page map. Scope, fee and schedule are agreed in writing.

  2. Concept and design

We design the key pages in line with your brand identity and present them before any build begins, while changes are still quick.

  3. Development and revisions

We build the site in-house and review it with you. Two rounds of revisions are included; if a third is needed, we quote it first.

  4. Launch

We publish the site, test it on phones and desktops, and show you how to update the content.

FAQ

How much does a website cost?

Design and development start at €2,400. The fee depends on the number of pages, languages and features, and you get it as a fixed quote with the scope agreed in writing.

How long does it take?

As a guide, a mid-size site takes approximately 6 to 10 weeks. Content is what moves the date most: the sooner we have the text and images, the sooner it goes live.

What is included?

Structure, design, development, mobile adaptation, basic SEO setup, two rounds of revisions and launch. Hosting and maintenance are separate.

Who provides the text and photos?

We work out the structure with you and what each page needs to say. You provide the text and photos, or we include them in the scope if we agree on it before we start.

Will the site rank on Google?

We set it up so search engines can read it well: clear structure, fast loading, titles and descriptions, and a sitemap. Rankings also depend on content and time, so we don't promise any specific position.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes, as a separate monthly service: hosting, updates and small changes. It's optional, but it saves you from managing it yourself.

What rights do you get to the site, and can we update it ourselves?

We transfer the usage rights to the final site once the project is paid. Editable source files (for example Figma) are delivered on request at an extra cost; the exact terms depend on the project and are set in the quote. At launch we show you how to update the content; if you'd rather not, we can handle it as part of maintenance.

Can we work with you from North America?

Yes. We run the whole process by video call and written feedback. Spain is six hours ahead of New York and nine ahead of California, so we schedule calls in your morning.

What technology do you build sites with?

It depends on the project. We've built sites with WordPress, with Webflow and with hand-coded HTML or PHP, and we choose the platform based on who will update it, the budget and the features needed. If you want to edit the content yourself, we choose a platform that allows it.

How does payment work?

50% when you accept the quote and the remainder on final delivery.
