How we work

We offer festival and event identity design from Vilafranca del Penedès, a town near Barcelona whose calendar is shaped by its festa major (the town’s main annual festival, with parades, music and fireworks in the streets), its fairs and its cultural events. A good poster reads from across the street, but an event doesn’t end at the poster: there’s the program, social media, signage and merchandise. That’s why our default offer is the complete campaign, with one idea carried across every format.

An idea people remember

For the Vilafranca Festa Major 2024, we came up with the slogan “EXPLOSIVA!” together with the organizers, along with a modular typographic logo and an illustration system. The merchandise set a sales record that helped fund the festival.

For Fira del Gall 2025, Vilafranca’s traditional rooster fair, the Penedès Black Rooster is crowned King in classical royal portraits. It was the second year in a row we designed the fair’s identity, after 2024. And for the Sant Raimon 2026 winter festival, we turned the rivalry between the town’s two patron saints into a campaign built on humor.

From poster to stage

When an event is new, like the Fonament architecture festival in Calonge on the Costa Brava, it also needs a name, social media, motion graphics, merchandise and pieces for stages and screens. We also make animated posters, such as the 3D rain of beer bottles for La Gran Ordalada. Planning it all from the start makes the campaign more consistent and production smoother.

What you receive

  • A campaign concept and, if needed, a tagline.
  • The poster as the lead piece, in print and digital versions.
  • The agreed applications: social media, program, signage, merchandise, stage.
  • Files for print and social media, with printer follow-up through delivery.

We can work with festivals and cultural organizations in North America by video call and written feedback. Send us your dates and what you need, and we’ll propose a scope. The more lead time before the event, the more room there is for the idea and for production.

Process

  1. Brief and research

We learn the event, the audience and the calendar, list the formats to cover (poster, social media, program, signage, merchandise), and agree in writing on scope, fee and delivery dates.

  2. Concept

We propose a visual idea, and a tagline if needed, strong enough to carry the whole campaign, and present it with the poster as the lead piece.

  3. Development and revisions

We carry the idea across every agreed application. Two rounds of revisions are included; if a third is needed, we quote it first.

  4. Final files and production

We deliver files for print and social media and follow up with the printer so everything is ready in time for the event.

FAQ

How much does a poster cost?

A single poster starts at €600. For events, though, we recommend the complete campaign (poster, applications and signage), which starts at €1,000 depending on how many pieces you need. That's where an idea has room to work.

What does a complete campaign include?

The poster as the lead piece plus its applications: social media, program or printed materials, signage and, where needed, merchandise and stage graphics. Each project spells this out in writing before we start.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

As a guide, a single poster can be wrapped up in approximately 2 to 3 weeks, and a complete campaign takes about 4 to 8, counting print production and depending on scope and turnaround on feedback. So for a festival or fair it pays to start about two months ahead.

Do you also do animation and video?

Yes. We make animated posters, social media pieces and motion graphics for screens, such as the 3D beer-bottle rain for La Gran Ordalada or the screen graphics for the Premis Crit 2025 awards gala.

Do you work with communication agencies?

Yes. We also work for communication and design agencies as a design partner, white label or by commission. We fit into the agency's process and its relationship with the client.

Do you take care of printing?

We prepare the files and follow them through with the printer you choose, or point you to one. Printing is paid directly to the printer.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions; if a third is needed, we quote it before we start.

What rights do you get to the design and files?

We transfer the usage rights to the final work once the project is paid. Editable source files (for example AI, INDD or Figma) are delivered on request at an extra cost. The exact terms depend on the project and are set in the quote.

Can you work with organizations in North America?

Yes. We work by video call and written feedback, and Spain's six-to-nine-hour lead over North America means we schedule calls in your morning. Files are set up for your local printer.

How does payment work?

50% when you accept the quote and the remainder on final delivery.
